Your First Appointment: Your first appointment generally consists of a complete dental cleaning, x-rays (if needed) and a dental health exam. Then you and Dr. Nordberg will build a treatment plan based on your own dental concerns and health. Be sure to bring any insurance information, card or policy booklet along with you to your first appointment. You may contact our office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday ( 7:30 AM to 5 PM) or Wednesday from 9 AM to Noon As a courtesy, we call and confirm your appointment with you. However, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to meet this cancellation policy may result in a failed appointment fee.
