Directions: We are located in Puyallup WA, just off of Highway 512 at Canyon Road: From the East: Take the Canyon Road Exit, turning left (South) onto Canyon Road. Take an immediate left in front of Albertsons, accessing our parking lot behind Summit View Clinic. The office is located directly across Canyon Road from Albertsons, just half a block from the freeway overpass. From the West: Take the Canyon Road Exit, turning right (South) onto Canyon Road. Take an immediate left in front of Albertsons, accessing our parking lot behind Summit View Clinic. The office is located directly across Canyon Road from Albertsons, just half a block from the freeway overpass. From 112th Street: It is easiest to access our parking lot from the entrance just east of the light at 112th and Canyon Road. This entrance sign is located behind the Bank of America building on Canyon.
